IMPORTANT UPDATES FROM ROCK SOLID SUPPLY
On March 24, 2020, we were directed by the Ontario Government to shut down our operations. With forethought and action, in cooperation with our entire team, Rock Solid Supply was immediately prepared to have the Customer Service and Sale Rep Teams working remotely, ensuring no gaps in the level of customer service you’re accustomed to.
Please continue to submit your customers’ orders as usual. The Ship Date is currently being dated out four weeks and will be adjusted if necessary when Rock Solid Supply is able to resume production and delivery. Please be patient with us as we do not have a date, due to the uncontrollable and unfortunate circumstances COVID-19 is causing for us all.
