  • COVID-19 UPDATE: Rock Solid Supply

    We want to take this time to update you on our efforts surrounding COVID-19.

    The health and safety of our employees and customers is our primary focus during this time. We continue to monitor the situation very closely and have developed necessary contingency plans to service our customers to the best of our ability. We have instructed our Sales Representatives to not visit stores at this time but are available to you by phone or email. Our entire office staff are prepared to work from home, as required, to minimize social contact and to keep services going. At this time, Rock Solid has not been directly affected by COVID-19.

    Rock Solid implemented a number of weeks ago the following measures:

    • Employees who are not feeling well have been asked to stay home
    • Any employee that has travelled outside of the country have been told they must observe the 14-day isolation period
    • Air travel has been suspended for all employees
    • Increased cleaning and disinfecting of our facilities

    Rock Solid runs a very tightly coordinated production and shipping schedule. Please be patient as we manage the business to best ensure a continuous flow of product out to you. We will continue to advise as we have in the past if there are any issues with deliveries or backorders due to inventory shortages.

    During these critical times it is especially important that we are all taking care of each other and our families. Please follow all of the safety protocols that our Public health have requested so that we can all get through this together.
